JB Feed Pellet Binder-Advanced Pelleting and Water Stability for Aqua Feeds

JB Feed Pellet Binder is a synergistic combinaton of modified urea formaldehyde resin and anti caking agents,it is also known as Urea formaldehyde(UF) pellet binders.

APPLICATION:
Add directly into the Mixer.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1.Add JB Feed Pellet Binder 0.1%-0.5%(w/w) to feeds and mix enenly, then pellet by stream.
2.Low levels of natural binders in formulation, shorter conditioning time and larger grind size would require higher inclusion levels of JB Binder.

CAUTION:
1. Please add JB Feed Pellet Binder with proper dosage and mix all ingredients evenly before granulation.
2. Appropriate storage after pelleting can increase the pellet strength and water resistance.Generally,it is feasibly fed 48 hours later after granulation.

EXPIRY DATE
JB Aqua Feed Binder is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture.

STORAGE
JB Feed Pellet Binder is highly hygroscopic in nature, hence should be stored in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight. Keep the bag closed when not in use.
